Through a thorough exploration meeting, our Project Manager will go through all your needs and suggest best strategies to go forward with your renovation project. VIRTUAL DESIGN APPOINTMENTS
An experienced Architect Designer will present the most creative and functional 3D design for your space, making sure to integrate aesthetics with functionality.
Changes can be made in real-time, so you can fully visualise your renovation coming to life. Once design mockups are made, we will provide you with an itemised list of high-quality materials needed. Once you’re happy with everything, we will provide a detailed agreement and a payment structure.
We also offer budget-friendly financing that you can consider.
TECHNICAL WALK-THROUGH INSPECTION (SITE VISIT)
One of our Project Managers, along with a Designer will review your space with the Design Concept, and try to assess the structural, plumbing, and mechanical layouts. We will try to find any necessary modifications to the designs based on your space, and best fit all the requirements.
All information will be used to create a Final Design that would be used as the blueprint for the renovation.
